All deliveries can be tracked through the Australia Post website,
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive notification by e-mail with an Australia Post tracking number. Be sure to make arrangements for the delivery of your order.
If you are unable to receive the parcel, shipments will be held at your local post office if you are not at your designated delivery location to receive your package. If you are not home when your delivery arrives, Australia Post will leave a notification indicating the time and date of its attempted delivery. Jiggycoins are not responsible for orders that are deemed non-deliverable.
Use the tracking number that you receive via email from us to trace your order at auspost.com.au. If you do not receive a tracking number, contact us immediately. If the tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, but you did not receive it, contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with Australia Post.
